4. Beta Software Notice

5. Accounts and Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account or device. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Billing, Subscriptions, and Renewal
Paid hosted plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan until cancellation.
As of February 28, 2026, default hosted pricing is $9 per subscribed user per month, with no free tier. Hosted plans include hard entitlement limits (default 3GB owner storage and 25MB max upload size) that may change prospectively with notice.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period and then does not renew.
If hosted subscription status becomes inactive after that period, hosted collaboration access may be suspended or revoked, including automated collaborator offboarding and pending invite revocation, while local vault copies remain on user devices.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
